Description: The Supreme Court's 2018 opinion in Ohio v. American Express is perhaps its most significant antitrust decision of the decade. This CLE will explore the Court's analysis of the relevant market and its impact on future cases.  The program will summarize the landscape before Amex, discuss the competing principles of market definition behind the majority and dissenting opinions, and address the case's implications for antitrust markets outside the credit card industry.
